At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for standard products to ensure your space sounds exactly how you imagined.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes with all internal protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our facility using a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method.
